I am presently working in welded steel. After initial drawing I like the dynamic process of working directly with the material and watching spontaneous effects appear in my work.

My work explores the concept metamorphosis of movement and balance from aspects of the landscape through to the static form of sculpture.

Inspiration comes from studying the environment that has been affected by the influence of man, the transformation of the terrain through erosion and by the harshness of the ever-changing elements.
