KENNETH MCQUEENIE, BA (Hons)
Kenneth was born in Edinburgh and studied graphics at Middlesex University. For ten years he worked as an illustrator in London, exhibiting and producing work for numerous publications including The Radio Times, The Sunday Times and Penguin Books.
Returning to Scotland in 1988, Kenneth has built up a picture-framing business in Penicuik whilst developing a new arena of personal work. His paintings are frequently exhibited at the SSA Shows in Edinburgh, and his Sculptural images, many made from found objects and driftwood, are also regularly shown in solo exhibitions at the Penicuik Arts Association. In 1996 Kenneth was invited to show in Esztergom in Hungary.
